GRS December Sketch Challenge

Here is the sketch for this month:

 I used the snowflake and swirl from the set Made of Snow. I love how elegant this snowflake and swirl are! I wanted to do a folded card with a belly band as soon as I saw this sketch. I grabbed some paper, I liked and realized it was all snowflake paper, so I decided to go with the theme.

GRS November Color Challenge

Color Challenge today and I love these colors! It totally screamed Christmas to me.  So I pulled out Circles of  Christmas set. After stamping the wreath I used my liquid pearls to add dimension to it. I pulled an old Mojo Monday sketch for this card.

Tags and Washi Tape, plus a Color Challenge

My sister-in-law has converted me to non-traditional colors for Christmas. It has taken some time, but I love it now! I love the colors for this card! Love em! Super simple card. I grabbed my markers, found three I liked together and went at it! I happened to have a flower sitting on my messy desk that matched, didn't even have to go searching. A little orange gliter and white gem and some turqouise cardstock to put it all on!

November Sketch Challenge Time!

It is the 10th which means its time for a Sketch Challenge with Gourmet Rubber Stamps!

I used stamps from last month's kit Holiday Seasonal Sampler. If you enlarge the picture you can see that I used a glitter embossing powder on the blue snowflakes, so they are all sparkly! Plus bling around the penguin. I love that lil' guy!

It has been a year!

It has been a full year with Gourmet Rubber Stamps and it has been fabulous! I love the people I work with at GRS. I've been wanting to put a post up about this, but have been in a crafting funk plus I have an ear infection. But this afternoon, this card just came together. I used a Heidi Swapp ghost flower and stamped with Staz-On with the snowflake from Made of Snow Appetizer Set. The snow swirl and snowman are also from that set. I used the Merry Christmas sentiment from Holiday Season Sampler.  I added some washi tape and a little distress ink!

Don't forget some glitter too!

Gourmet Rubber Stamps New DT Color Challenge

Gourmet Rubber Stamps has added a fun new challenge for the DT. We are going to be doing a color challenge every 25th of the month! So here is the first one....

I had bought a super cute My Mind's Eye 6x6 pack called Darling Dear that happened to be almost the exact same colors! Easy Peasy for me to throw together this super cute card using the mitten stamp from the Holiday Season Sampler kit and an old Mojo sketch I had laying on my craft desk. I inked up the mittens with Memento London Fog and added in the stripes with a Koh-i-noor colored pencil. The white swirl is a super cool raised sticker by Me & My Big Ideas.

Pumpkin Thankful

I inked up some stamps and made this card, but then to actually get it off my camera and on to my computer proved to be the hardest thing! Days later...here we go! This super cute plaid pumpkin is from the October Diner's Kit Season Sampler and so is the sentiment. I kept this clean and simple. I embossed the pumpkins which you can see their shininess and used Antique Linen distress ink all over. I added the sentiment banner and put a little cross stitching on its edge. I purposely put the banner off the edge to be apart of CASual Fridays challenge 75.

I did some Halloween crafting at a friend's house. Love the projects we did. We also made a spider web plate that is not pictured in the pictures. So grateful to have been invited!

Spooky Halloween Kitty

Woo hoo! Appetizer Relase for Gourmet Rubber Stamps! Two new stamps sets: Ghostly Greetings and Circles of Christmas. Here is my card using Ghostly Greetings cat and a sketch from iSpy Sketches:

Inside is a sneak peek of two stamps that will be in the October Diner's Kit! However, these two stamps and one other are being released today as singles! But if you want to wait for the whole kit in October, it will include other Holiday themed stamps for Thanksgiving/Fall and Christmas! heheh!
