Made this last night. I"m crazy about this card; I just love how it turned out! I used the January Diner's Club Set Sealed with a Kiss (pictured below). BTW, Gourmet Rubber Stamps is having a sale of 40% off the stamps. I used the current sketch challenge on SCS. No patterned paper only cardstock. The brown trim is by Doodlebug. I used Staz-On Brown and Distress ink Worn Lipstick. I colored the image with Koh-i-noor colored pencils. TFL!
Welcome FWFers! I made this card today for the Unity December KOTM challenge. I used these stamps that I have never inked before! So yay to me in using my stuff! Happy Friday and Happy New Year! Go check out the other players for FWF here. TFL!
Hi! I have some Unity Christmas cards that I haven't posted. Very different styels, and some I like better than others. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and are having a great day today getting ready for it. I just pulled some homemade granola out of my oven and it smells heavenly and is so yummy! Need to get off the computer and go clean some more! :)
Our challenge for Gourmet Rubber Stamps this month was to make a birthday card with this color scheme!
Here is my card! I used the stamps from December's Diner's Club set Let's Celebrate. I made this crinkle ribbon with some old seam binding from Steve's grandma that had been in the seat of her sewing machine. Plus on the bottom is some handmade paper by Provo Craft. Add a little distress ink and distress the edges and there you have it! Thanks for stopping by!
My oldest and I went to the Nutcracker last night in San Francisco. It was magical! I had a card with glitter drying in my craft room while I was gone. I finished putting it together when I got back...I did not like it. So this one happened this morning. I love it! None traditional colors and the gold sparkle snowflakes!!! Love! I used the November Diner's Club Set Seasons Greetings by Gourmet Rubber Stamps. I stamped the sentiment and then the bough was stamped around the sentiment. This is on the GRS facbook page for their 12 Days of Christmas Cards, so go check it out! Thanks for looking!!
I am doing a December Daily album and have plenty of fun things that I have bought that I am making some kits that I'm selling on etsy. So check these Ort Kits out at my etsy store!
This kit will contain (though may not be exactly the same as picture):
(1) 6 papers
(2) one flashcard with christmas related word
(3) at least three handmade embellishments
(4) one Tattered Angels Glimmer Glass tab
(5) at least 3 borders and 3 die cuts and 1 brad (6) at least 3 Webster's Pages double sided journaling cards
(7) one sheet of alpha stickers
(8) one brown paper envelope and blue snowflake border page
(9) a section of Tim Holtz Grunge Paper
(10) anything else I feel like throwing in that matches :)
Yep, it is December and Rebecca planted these plants maybe a month or so ago. I think this top one is lettuce (feel free to correct me if I"m wrong). The second picture I think is a melon and the last is either beans or sugar snap peas. I had seed packets on a shelf in my garage and Rebecca decided they needed to be planted. So there you have it. My oldest has a green thumb and I stay away or I will kill them with my black thumb. :)
I love this big sentiment! I made this little mini book and kept it pretty simple. I wanted it girly, stitched, butterflies, and floral. This kit made it super easy to do just that. You can buy this at my etsy store here. Thanks for stopping by and for the comment, I really appreciate them! Also go check out the other FWF crowd at Unity's blog here. Happy Holidays!
Next I made this little Christmas notepad with the stamp set "Oh Christmas Tree". I kept it simple because I wanted it to be able to go in a purse or bag and not get caught or torn up on stuff. This Christmas set it so cute!
Now go check out the rest of the design teams super cute creations with these lovely stamps!
Hi Unity Peeps! Happy Friday and thanks for stopping by! I have this cute Ippity set called The Simple Things that I have made these cute cards with. I made lots that are very similar with the other stamps in the set. Very simple, but I love the look of them!
