Fairytale Card

One last May Diner's Club stamp card. I used this lovely sentiment and backed it with a Fanciful Flourish stamp. Lots of distressing and ink, plus a touch of glitter, mulberry paper and pearls. Soft and femine was what I was going for ;)

May GRS DT Challenge

The challenge for the GRS DT this month was to do a masculine card. I had yet to play with the new Appetizer set Daddy-O. So I inked it up and came up with this.

I used a texture cardstock for the ties, to have them look more like material. I love buying ties for my Dad or for my hubby. I think ties are a wonderful gift :) So go check out the other manly cards from the DT:

GRS May Appetizer Release!

These Appetizer sets are so cute and fun! I made a cute lil' gift basket of homemade bread and jam and a little card tucked inside.  For the card I used So Swirly for the black swirls on the background.

Happy Mother's Day Indeed

We had a nice Mother's Day weekend. On Saturday Steve took me out for breakfast and took the girls for a long time and I got to have alone time! Sunday we had church and Steve made dinner and we spent time with family. Heavenly Father has blessed us with two beautiful girls and I am so grateful for them.

FWF Apple Thanks

I said I would make thank you cards for Preschool teachers and decided to use the KOTM sketch from Unity and turned it on its side. The apple is KOTM, I don't know where the thanks is from. I used Recollections apple paper that I picked up from Michael's for this. Plus some BoBunny polka dot cardstock. I am loving how these turned out. Swingin' Birthday!

May Diner's Club set is so fun! All three stamps on this card are from it! I used a Kraft base and colored the images with my Koh-i-noor pencils, plus a little blending. Stamped the sentiment on some matching cardstock and added a Crate Paper epoxy brad. CAS and I'm putting in the CAS-ual Friday Birthday Challenge CFC51. Thanks for stopping by!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!

I made this page this past week! Still going on scrapbooking, slowly but surely. I used Colorbok Perfect Pages kit Toddler and journaled on a Mayay Road Sheer Flash Card. Plus some washi tape and stamp from Gourmet Rubber Stamps and then buttons, flowers, and brads from my stash. I enjoy how playful a page this is. Hope you have a great weekend!

Water Your Soul

CAS-ual Fridays challenge this week was to make something with flowers or trees. I love this pot of tulips from Gourmet Rubber Stamps Appetizer Set called Water Your Soul. I colored the pot with copics, cut it out and popped it up with foam dots on top of the doiley. Thanks for stopping by!

We bought sponge rollers last month and curled Rebecca's hair. She loved it! It looked beautiful.

Swirly Birdy

Fun swirly bird image from the current Diner's Club set. I colored her with copic markers. I really wanted to use one of these fancy brads by Basic Grey, but it required all solid papers. So I used my copics to color it up. Not sure how I feel about this card. I love that is bright and cheerful at least. Happy May!
